    COLOR SERVICES:

  • New color clients are required to come in to the salon for an in-person Color Consultation before color services can be scheduled. This ensures accurate pricing, time required for the service, and scheduling.

  • First time color clients may be asked to leave a deposit of at least 75% of the total service charge to secure the booking.

  • Color services are longevity guaranteed, providing hair is healthy, and products recommended by Jeff for home care are used.

  • Jeff uses Wella Professionals and Goldwell Color products.

CANCELLATION / BOOKING POLICY

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is requested to cancel, change services on, or reschedule. Clients who give less than 48 hours notice may be required to pay up to 50% of the total amount of the service(s). Clients who ‘no-show’ may be required to pay up to 100% of the total amount of the service(s).

  • Re-do’s: Clients who feel that they require a re-do of the cut or color service they received must make a request to have such service within 7 days from receiving the service.
